TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Interpretation
1.1 'Us' or 'we' refers to Up, Up and Away Sevenoaks.
1.2 'You', 'customer' or 'client' refers to the purchaser of goods from Up, Up and Away Sevenoaks.
2. Bookings and Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 No booking is secure without a non-refundable booking fee of £50. This fee must be paid at the time of booking.
2.3 The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your booking.
2.4 The remaining balance is due the day before the event by transfer or cash on the day with prior agreement. If the remaining balance of the invoice is not paid before the event (unless previously agreed), this will result in the order being terminated and the booking fee non-refundable.
2.5 We do not hold any dates in our diary until payment (as detailed above) has been received.
2.6 Upon making payment, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation must be received in writing.
3.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: Full balance is due.
3.3 In the unlikely event that Up Up and Away Sevenoaks needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund including the booking fee.
4. Changes to Bookings
4.1 Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
4.2 Changes made less than 7 days before the event date may incur additional charges.
5. Products and Pricing
5.1 We only supply goods to adults (over 18).
5.2 All images featured on our website are our own. Many of the designs are bespoke and therefore there may be a slight variation between the image shown and the product received. Our aim is to ensure continuity and that you are delighted with your product.
5.3 Prices are determined at the time of order and, prior to payment of the booking fee, are subject to change without notice.
6. Set-up and Installation
6.1 We are dedicated to ensuring that we are on time for all of our bookings but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic holdups or extreme weather conditions. We will contact you on the telephone number provided if unforeseen problems occur.
6.2 We reserve the right to alter decorations where necessary if the original design is unsuitable on the day.
6.3 If the event is outdoors, we will not be held responsible for balloons being damaged as a result of weather conditions.
6.4 If the weather on the day of booking is unsuitable to have the display outdoors, an alternative space must be provided by the client. If no alternative space is available, we reserve the right to cancel with the full balance due.
6.5 Please ensure that you have supplied us with the correct address; if the delivery address supplied by you is incorrect, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss experienced.
6.6 We request that you arrange access to the venue for the time arranged. We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred due to problems accessing the venue.
6.7 We require access to the venue a minimum of 2 hours before the event is due to start.
6.8 Balloons can pop. Whilst we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary to ensure that they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door, or we have left the venue, they are out of our control. We will not be held liable for any damage caused to or by the balloons once decoration/delivery is complete. 7. Liability
7.1 Up Up and Away Sevenoaks will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by the balloon decorations once they have been set up and accepted by the client.
7.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the balloons are kept in suitable conditions once setup is complete.
7.3 Any damage to hired items will result in costs for repair or replacement, this will be charged to the client.
8. Use of Images
8.1 Up Up and Away Sevenoaks reserves the right to take photographs of our setups and use these images for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.
8.2 If you do not wish for images of your event to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Up Up and Away Sevenoaks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
